On Your First Visit…

Once the “Digestive Screening Questionnaire” has been filled out and the consent form completed, a visit to the bathroom will start the beginning of your first colonic session.

As a new patient we understand the nervousness that may occur with any new procedure.  Rest assured we will thoroughly explain the procedure before we begin and answer any of your questions you may have.

Our sessions are 40 minutes long.  There are two types of colonic machines and we prefer the closed method.  With the closed method (meaning what is evacuated out of your colon is not exposed to the open air but goes directly into the waste tube and then to the city sewage pipes) we are able to do a number of techniques to hasten the process of removing the waste/feces from your large intestine also called the colon.  Also with the closed method we are with you throughout the session.  Being with you during the sessions enables us to explain what your body is releasing, explaining what we see, offering suggestions and answering any of your important questions.  This does not occur with the open method as it is designed to be self administered.

Our colonic machines are the state of the art and are constantly being monitor and maintained to their peak performance.  Because the international manufacturer of my machine has deemed our office to be the highest volume practitioner in the country we even have a perfectly functioning colonic machine on our premise for a backup.

Your first visit will entail an abdominal examine of the following organs:  liver, gallbladder, pancreas, stomach, small and large intestine and ileo- cecal valve.  This is done through a method called palpation.  From this knowledge we will be able to inform you of any congestion or swelling which may indicate either inflammation or undigested food or both.  This can also indicate stasis (slow or non movement) throughout the intestines.  At this time we will be able to make recommendations.

Once your session is complete you will have time to finish up in the bathroom.   We will complete your first visit with handing you a brochure with some very helpful instructions on things you can do for yourself to begin to recondition your gut (small and large intestines).  If you would like to prepay for the next colonic session or purchase a series we will hand you information along with the other services that we do such as the 21 Day Purification Program and other programs by Standard Process and MediHerb.

They say your lifeline is your waist line.  That is not always true.  I have worked on many people with tiny waist lines.  I think as much waste/feces can be removed from them as well.

In my practice,  I emphasize looking at not only the quality of your waste/feces/poop but the amount that you excrete everyday.   That is really the key to health.  What goes in MUST COME OUT.

I do want to be “Number 1” of your “Number 2”
